Beyond Investment, Creating Legacy

Kaasa is the Jadwani family’s investment group. Fifteen operating businesses across the Middle East, Africa and Asia — built from the service floor up, run by the people who built them, held for the next generation. We don’t flip. We don’t exit on a clock. We stand next to the business, every quarter, every cycle.

Kaasa Holdings Ltd is a privately held, UK-registered family office that owns and partners with operating businesses in markets where fundamentals, not fashion, drive returns.

The group is active in industrial services, electrical infrastructure, hospitality and catering, food service, uniforms, logistics and freight, and selected trading — sectors that keep real economies moving. We back operators who understand their markets, hold assets through cycles, and reinvest where the business compounds.

Governance sits with the family and the group board in London. Operations sit with managers on the ground. The two are deliberately kept close: our Doha regional office supervises portfolio companies across the Gulf, East Africa and South Asia, while the London office provides capital, governance and compliance.

We take meaningful positions, remain active owners, and measure success in decades rather than quarters.

Family & legacy

Built by one family, across generations.

“Kaasa Holdings Family — Legacy in Motion.”

A family business is a long contract between the people who started it, the people who run it today, and the people who will inherit it. Kaasa is held in that spirit.

Kaasa Holdings is a wholly family-owned investment group. Shares are held across two generations of the Jadwani family, united under a single long-term structure — one capable of outliving any single investment, cycle or market.

Capital is deployed from the family’s own balance sheet. There is no fund life, no exit clock, and no obligation to recycle capital on anyone else’s timetable. Earnings are reinvested into the businesses that produced them, or into adjacent opportunities where the family already has operating knowledge.

The Patriarch In loving memory Late Mr. Rajesh Jadwani Founding chairperson and patriarch of the family’s business legacy. His principles — integrity, long horizons, service to the people he worked with, and a quiet duty of care — are the foundation on which Kaasa is built. The Rajesh Jadwani Grant Programme carries his name.
Principals Mr. Sagar & Mrs. Kanak Jadwani Co-shareholders and principals of Kaasa Holdings Ltd. Sagar is Director of the group, based in Doha; Kanak is co-shareholder and principal. Together they hold the majority of the group’s shares and chair its investment decisions.
Next Generation Prakhar & Nirvi Jadwani Minor shareholders of Kaasa Holdings Ltd. The group is structured deliberately so that the next generation of the family inherits not only capital, but the standards, relationships and discipline behind it.
The Group Today A living, operating family Fifteen operating companies and counting, under one group. Each business is run by its own management, under consistent group governance and the family’s standards.
Investment approach

Four principles we don’t compromise on.

Patient capital

We invest from our own balance sheet, with no fund life and no exit clock. Decisions are measured in decades, not quarters.

Operating focus

We buy and partner with real businesses with real cashflows — not thematic bets. Operations, people and local relationships are the asset.

Local judgement

Decisions sit with managers on the ground. The group sets governance, discipline and standards; the business sets strategy.

Compounding

Earnings are reinvested into the businesses that produced them, or into adjacent opportunities we understand first-hand.

Startups & Founders

Pitch us a business worth building.

If you’re building something real, we’d like to hear about it. Kaasa reviews pitches from early-stage founders in our sectors and regions — for partnership capital, strategic investment, or support through the Rajesh Jadwani Grant Programme.

What we look at:

  • A real operating business — customers, revenue or a clear path to it
  • Founders who know their market
  • A fit with our sectors: industrial services, electrical & power, hospitality & food, logistics, workwear, trading, tech
  • Operations in or targeting the Middle East, Africa or Asia

We read every submission. We’ll come back to the ones that fit, and we’re candid when they don’t.

We’ll format your pitch, you send it by email.

A note from the founder

Three things my father taught me.

My father, Rajesh Jadwani, built his business on handshakes and on his word. He taught me three things.

The first — the only capital worth having is the kind that stands next to the people doing the work.

The second — you don’t buy businesses in markets like ours. You earn them, by showing up in the places most capital refuses to go.

The third — nothing you build is yours. You hold it for the next generation, and you hand it on stronger than you found it.

Kaasa Holdings is where I practise those three things.
